Fresh off the easel. A large 30x40" paper mosaic portrait made entirely from upcycled paper; junk mail. The type is NOT on the original - this is to keep people from taking images off my site.
The artist creates a drawing then painting...on canvas and then glues the paper directly on the painting, meticulously hand cutting each piece of paper to fit.
Finished with a speckled lacquer.
