Inspired by the true events at the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory - this portrait of a young woman in mourning is flanked with photos of the actual victims of the fire and charred photos of young women - 123 women and girls died. Also included are locks, keys, and sewing  materials like pins, measuring tape, and lyrics written in the background - Mayn Rue Platz was playing in the background when Sandhi was working on this portrait.
